REMINDER: VETS-4212 Reports Are Due This Week!

DOL's VETS-4212 report is due no later than September 30th.The easiest and fastest way to submit this report is online at: https://www.dol.gov/agencies/vets/programs/vets4212. Typically your firm's HR department will have access to all this information.

While there are no fines for failure to file the VETS-4212 report on time federal contracting agencies are prohibited from obligating or expending funds to enter new contracts with companies that are not compliant with this requirement. VA FSS contracting officers have started conducting annual reviews, failure to submit your firm's VETS-4212 report may impact your ability to receive an extension or be granted a new FSS contract.
